WHAT I WORE // Dress – ZARA, Shoes – Topshop, Watch – Aldo
There’s something about wearing denim during the summer days that I love. Obviously the super hot and humid weather that Seoul has right now doesn’t allow me to wear my beloved boyfriend jeans as much as I would like to, so I’ve resorted to wearing other forms of denim.
I bought this dress last year from Zara after looking endlessly for a nice denim dress for the longest time. Aside from this dress being quite short on me, it sits really nicely on the body and doesn’t make you look bigger like most babydoll-esque dresses. I paired it with a thin black choker to add a bit of grunge to it and my nude sandals.
WHERE I WENT // Chanel Pop-Up Store in Gangnam
My sister and I wanted to go to the Chanel pop up store in Seoul ever since we heard about it. We loafted on the actually going there until the weekend it ended. Despite the fact that we both worked in the afternoon, we got up extra early to make time to visit the store. The actual store was much smaller than I thought it would be.
However, they curated the space really well to make the most out of it. There was a section for makeup, an activity area where one would decorate the “passport” the got in the entrance, a space dedicated for the Mademoiselle perfume, and an outdoor seating area. I think it took us roughly 30 minutes to go through the entire store but it felt much longer than that (in a good way). You can see all the photos that I took inside the store down below!
