I missed the cherry blossom season last year because I left Canada before it happened and got to Korea when they were all on the ground. So this year I was determined to see the beauty that cherry blossom trees have to give and couldn’t pass up a chance to take some photos in front of them. There are several places around the city where you can see the pink and white trees scattered around, but the place that I went was Trinity Bellwoods. The trees were as pretty as I imagined they would be and I joined the several dozens of people who had their phones up to capture the beauty of it all.
I’ve been really into the androgynous look that has been going around lately and decided to pull a look together that’s inspired by it. I wore a navy cami and pants to give a co-ord look and layered the cami over an oversized white button down to add the androgynous touch. Although I would’ve paired the outfit with a pair of midi heels, I opted for my pair of vans (which I’ve been in love with) since it was a full day of walking around.
I hope you had a chance to see some sakura trees yourself & if not enjoy the pictures in the post! You’ll probably get another post with more cherry blossoms.
